Gnocchi with ricotta and truffle sauce. Oh my. This is the kind of primi piatti to get REALLY excited about.
Fluke with mushrooms and polenta
Orange (okay), nutella (amazing, but went by a name like Giunjia), and salted-caramel (very good) gelati

It’s “gianduja.” Apparently Nutella used to be called “Pasta Gianduja.” I learned that from David Lebovitz.
