Hi Jenna! I’ve checked over here before, but this time I’m wanting some more info. I don’t know if you even will know I’ve commented, so if I don’t hear back soon I’ll hunt you down another way:)
Can you kindly share the recipe for those peanut butter cocoa “cookies”? Usually during prime time PMSing I feel the need to devour No Bake Cookies – they are often my drug of choice. But since I’m really getting to work to find subs for my favorite indulgences, this sounds like an intriguing way to get the almost the same thing but in a much more wholesome way (at least I assume they are healthier than my fudgy orgininal).

And since I added some cocoa (I just kind of dumped it in) I added some coconut oil to make them moist enough that I could shape them. I suggest shaping them in little bite-sized balls and freezing them like I did.
