I’m back from my move induced food blogging break and embarking on Whole30! I want to try to keep a really good record of what I eat during the challenge because I know it’s really tricky to figure out what to eat.
Carrot tomato fruit smoothie
A variation of what my lunch will look like every MWF. Pecans, chicken, carrots, hard boiled eggs (2), strawberries, dried pomegranate seeds.
Cod with an olive oil, lemon, garlic, nutritional yeast sauce. Green beans with olive oil, veg stock, salt and curry powder.
I did snack on a few handfuls of golden raisins while I was unpacking my Walmart stuff before bed. I need to be careful that those don’t become a crutch!
