Busy week last week! This includes my New York adventures and the days leading up to it. Most of the NYC food pictured was shared with friends. Yay friends!

Ate two pieces of garlic bread (white bread) and a bit of whole wheat bread, as well as a brownie. Bummed because I said ahead of time that I would NOT do that.
My salad was amazing though (thanks in large part to the farmer’s market carrots, radishes, mint, and sheep feta).

First batch of kale chips from the farmer’s market! So incredibly good. I ate some nutty cocoa balls and cheese while I was making these because I was pretty hungry.
This crazy shake concoction really grows on your over time.
Ate 4 squares of this on my walk home from the grocery store.
Classic American casserole, full of sour cream and cheese, with a quinoa twist.

Ate a full can of tuna with lots of mayo and some brown rice crackers. Felt a little stuffed and wish I had eaten half that amount.

We had a nice meal out planned for this night so I tried to eat just enough to keep from being sick. Worked perfectly and I pushed back from the table several courses later feeling great.
