We had some little friends over so I put together a dinner that 3 kids under 5 would eat. I munched on all of the options as I prepared them: cauliflower with ranch, bread with butter and honey, cheese, apples and peanut butter, a bit of burrito filling (beans, rice, veggies)

Frittatas. I didn’t exactly eat these, but I did eat the sausage and cheese and some of the veggies. And little bits as I pulled it out and froze it.

My dinner was fresh bread spread with butter and jam. And some bread cheese. It was very indulgent and delicious.
